Forest Fire

Last year Gaurav and I took an overnight trip to Puducherry. In Auroville, on our way to Maitri Mandir, I saw this tree. It was a few meters away from us. I stared at it for a long time. I could not spot a single leaf. The branches were wrapped in this canopy of bright orange flowers that gave it an illusion of being on fire.
